I support families of children and teens diagnosed with ADHD, autism and learning disabilities. My work centers around guiding parents and children in developing easy to implement coping skills to improve focus, organization, time management, homework management and mood regulation. In addition, I treat anxiety, depression and stress related to neurodevelopmental challenges in both children and their parents.
Finally, I serve as a consultant to families and school systems on the development and implementation of strategies to support children with impaired focus and executive functioning.
